Draggy Monday


So my plan to go out and go for a run today morning failed because I ended up waking up pretty late. I woke up almost 3pm. Bad move to sleep late the night before. Every single time I told myself to sleep early, I ended up tweeting my night out or watch my Kitchen Nightmares on youtube. I wanted to go and run so bad cause it's been awhile since I last workout but damn. So all I did was work out at home. I went on youtube to search for cardio dance workout and shake my fats off for a good 15-20 minutes. I did these workouts earlier and I did enjoy her vids! After all that sweats, rest, showered and made myself my deserving chicken salad for late lunch. Marinated my chicken breast with lime, sesame oil and black soy sauce alongside with some Shitake mushroom. I LOVE Shitake mushrooms so much!!! Shared my meal with my mum as well since she wanted to taste it. It looks so good and tastes good as well, of course :p


I'm going to force myself to have an early sleep today. I can't afford to miss my morning run again. Honestly running in the morning is much more relaxing. The breeze is amazing and it's less tiring I don't know why but it just feels right and good to go for a run in the morning! I need a good body like pronto man! I need to shed a few more pounds. I wanna feel good and look good for me. I'm not doing this for anyone else but ME. So I'm going to work extra hard to get to my goals. Self M O T I V A T I O N & consistency, that's all I need.
